01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777cc website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement also includes our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall terms you accept when using the platform.

02 Eligibility & Registration

This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or documentation confirming the source of funds used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Rules

Your 777cc account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including bets placed, games played, deposits made and withdrawal requests submitted.

• One account only: Opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent restrictions is not permitted and will result in all accounts being closed.
• Keep credentials secure: Do not share your password, OTP codes or account access with anyone. 777cc will never ask you for your password via chat, email or phone.
• Accurate information: All personal information on your account must remain accurate and up to date. Contact support if your details change.
• Account inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for a prolonged period may be subject to an administration fee or closure. We will notify you before any action is taken.
• Account closure requests: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets will be settled before the account is closed and remaining balances will be paid out to your registered payment method.

777cc reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at any time if we believe the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these terms, in a way that may harm other players, or in a way that may expose the platform to legal or regulatory risk.

04 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 777cc are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following deposit methods for Pakistan players:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. Current minimums are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposit speed: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
• Your own funds only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment methods that do not belong to you is not permitted.
• No third-party deposits: If a deposit is identified as coming from a payment method not registered in your name, it may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• No deposit fees: 777cc does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawing your winnings from 777cc should be straightforward. We process withdrawal requests promptly and aim to complete standard PKR withdrawals within 24 hours. VIP Silver members and above benefit from priority same-day processing. Here is what you need to know:

• Verification first: Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed. This includes confirming your identity and the payment method you are using.
• Same method rule: Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for your deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Minimum withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier. This is set at a level that is practical for Pakistan players at all budget levels.
• Pending withdrawals: Once submitted, a withdrawal request enters a processing queue. You may cancel a pending withdrawal before it is processed if you change your mind, after which funds return to your account balance.
• Bonus balances: Funds derived from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before completion will result in the bonus and bonus winnings being forfeited.
• Suspicious activity checks: 777cc may hold a withdrawal for additional review if unusual account activity is detected. We will notify you if this applies to your request and aim to complete reviews within 48 hours.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

777cc offers bonuses and promotions from time to time including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP rewards. Every bonus has its own specific terms. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount must be played through before it becomes withdrawable. The specific requirement is stated on each promotion.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute at a lower rate. Check each promotion for the contribution breakdown.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire if not used within the time period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active at a time. If you have an active bonus, you cannot claim a new one until the existing bonus is either completed or forfeited.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

• Confirmed bets are final: Once a bet or game round is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled. Check your selections carefully before confirming.
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or connectivity issue during a game round or bet, 777cc reserves the right to void the round and return stakes to the player. Any payout generated as a result of a clear error will not be honoured.
• Odds changes: Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game or market interface.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777cc. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Match fixing and corruption: Placing bets based on inside knowledge of fixed sporting outcomes, or participating in any arrangement to influence the result of a sporting event.
• Cheating software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, exploits, hacks or any third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Collusion: Working with other players to share information, coordinate betting strategies or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in multi-player games.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after using the deposited funds for gameplay. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and legal action where applicable.
• Money laundering: Using 777cc to process, transfer or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. We are obligated to report suspicious financial activity and cooperate with investigations.
• Exploiting errors: Taking advantage of known technical errors, incorrect odds or glitches to place bets or play games with an outcome not intended by the platform. Winnings from obvious errors will be voided.
• Underage access: Attempting to register or play while under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.

09 Responsible Gaming

12 Changes to These Terms
